Transport to Bath

Transport, getting to and from Bath

The event starts and finishes in the vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Bath, which is located in South West England.

Getting to and from Bath via Train

Bath Temple Spa train station is located in the centre of Bath, and is within walking distance of all major shops, attractions and our meeting point. There are regular trains to and from London Paddington station (90 minutes), and Bristol (15 minutes) and Cardiff (65 minutes).

Getting to and from Bath via Coach

Bath has a central coach station at Bath Spa, which is located within walking distance of all major shops, attractions and our meeting point. National Express coaches have direct links with most cities and airports across the UK.

Getting to and from Bath via Car

Bath is well connected to the motorway system, being directly linked to the M4 and M5 motorways. However parking is a little tricky and very expensive in central Bath, so you will have to do some homework in terms of getting a car parking space. Your best option may be to use the excelent park and ride system. There are car parks to the north, west and south of the city, operating busses every 15 minutes. The car parks are open 24 hours and you park for free, but the bus costs £3 for a return ticket. The car parks are not secure at night so you park at your own risk.

Once you arrive in Bath at our meeting point, we will transfer you to Chipping Campden on chartered executive full size coaches with air-con, toilet and radio. You can make your own way to Chipping Campden, but there are very few public transport options available unless you want to use the local bus service.
